Breakfast included a good variety, with hot options and fresh fruit available daily. The staff was incredibly friendly, making me feel welcome right from check-in. However, housekeeping was a letdown. During my four-night stay, my room wasn't serviced at all. I had to go to the front desk to get extra towels. The trash wasn’t emptied, and I found wet towels left on the bathroom floor. It was frustrating to explain this at checkout, where I only received an apology without much resolution. The pool could use some cooling as it felt too warm after spending time outside. Overall, I had a mix of great moments and frustrating issues that I hope they can fix.
